Spa Etiquette

We value our customers and want to ensure that your experience is with comfort and great satisfaction. We respectfully request that all customers must keep noise to a minimum to avoid discomfort to other customers. Please turn off the sound if you wish to use cellular phones and other electronic devices within treatment room.

All of our therapists are trained professionals and we provide professional services only. With this in mind, any suggestive remarks or requests that are not suitable, will result in the treatment being stopped immediately with the full cost of service to be paid.

If deemed necessary, we will not hesitate to contact law enforcement if our therapists are ever made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe in their work environment.

How do I book an appointment?

You may book your appointments via our online booking system found on the ‘Book now’ page of our website.

A non-refundable deposit of S$20 per pax/service is required for all bookings (unless you are a package holder).

New clients are to book the "New client" option for both facial/lash/brow treatments as there will be a consultation form to get to know your skin before coming!

Facial services are strictly based on appointments only. Prior booking is required and subject to availability. We would highly recommend all our clients to book their appointment(s) in advance to secure their preferred time slot.

Walk-ins are available but subjective to availability for all massage treatments, daily, 11am - 10pm, last appointment at 8.30pm.

CDC/SG60

Yes, we accept CDC/SG60 vouchers in-store!

CDC/SG60 vouchers can be utlise after the deposit to offset your remaining amount.

I am a new client, which treatment should I book?

New clients are to book the "New client" option for both facial/lash/brow treatments as there will be a consultation form to get to know your skin before coming!

We will do a skin consultation and advise the most suitable treatment before starting any treatment. Don't worry! There will be no hard-selling or pushing involved. We hate it too!

Do you take in male clients?

Yes, we do, for both facials and massages! Male clients also need their self-care. Just bring along a cap as your hair may get messy!

How can I prepare for a face/body treatment?

There isn't too much you need to do to prepare for a facial the day or week before, but there are a few things to note.

  • Hydrate, hydrate and hydrate!

  • Skip any strong products and acids ingredients (AHA/BHA/Scrubs/Retinol/Clay masks etc) the week before your appointment. You should even avoid gentle exfoliation for a few days before, since exfoliation is one of the key steps in our facial.

  • Get your workout in before. We would recommend keeping your schedule light and easy after your treatment.

  • We would strongly recommend to come with little to no make-up on. The less time it takes to remove makeup, the more time we will have for your treatment.

  • Avoid caffeine if possible. Caffeine can heighten sensory nerves and make extractions more uncomfortable.

  • Check your calendar – do you have a big event coming up? Let us know ahead of time if your facial is the same day of your event. There are certain treatments we will avoid and will recommend the best time to schedule your treatment for maximum results.

How can I prepare for a lash lift/brow lamination treatment?

Lash lifts

  • Please make sure your eyes are free of makeup, mascara, and false eyelashes/extensions. Yes! Even 1 strand affects the outcome of the lift.

  •  If you are the type of person who uses mascara every day, you should skip using it at least three days before your appointment. Doing that could help ensure no makeup residue is left on your lashes, allowing your eyelashes to stay in place for a long time.

  • If you use any lash growth serum, please stop product use for 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • If you are wearing contact lenses, do bring along an extra lens box/solution to store your contacts during the service. You can put them on after!

  • If you have twitchy/jumpy eyes, avoid caffeine if possible.

  • Skip any strong products and acids ingredients (AHA/BHA/Scrubs/Retinol/Clay masks etc) on the face 7 days before your appointment as exfoliation may interfer with the lifting solutions.

Brow Lamination

  • Please come without brow makeup on.

  • Avoid trimming of your brow hairs at least 7 days prior to your appointment, you may tweeze your brows instead.

  • Get your workout in before as we would not recommend any strenous activities after the brow tint - only the day of appointment.

  • Skip any strong products and acids ingredients (AHA/BHA/Scrubs/Retinol/Clay masks etc) on the face 7 days before your appointment as exfoliation may interfer with the lifting solutions.

Can I get a massage while menstruating?

Yes, it is generally safe to get a massage while on your period. However, we ask to only book your appointment after the 4th day instead as a massage can increase your blood flow.

What facial treatments can I have while pregnant & breastfeeding?

Congratulations mummies!

For facials, most of our treatments are suitable, however, we would recommend our ESSE Organic "Live Probiotics" Treatment for our mummies. Gentle but yet effective, organic and so luxurious on the skin.

How often should I get a facial?

Our skin's cell turnover can range anywhere from 30-45 days. We would recommended to have a facial once per cell cycle to encourage cell turnover and decongest skin, so that means a treatment ideally, every 4-6 weeks.

Are there any downtime for the facial treatments?

There may be some temporary redness in the treated areas and may last 24-48 hours after a facial treatment. Certain treatment such as Micro-needling treatment and Milla/Oil seed/Skin tag removal will have a longer downtime. You may find more information under the treatment pages.

Limit sun exposure, refrain from using any strong products and acids ingredients (AHA/BHA/Scrubs/Retinol/Clay masks etc) in skin care and light activities after a facial treatment are to be recommended.

Can I bring my children/companions to my appointment?

Yes, you can! We have a super comfy waiting area now, with snacks too!

However, all children should be supervised by an adult at all times and remain in the waiting area as our priority is your children’s safety.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Please try to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Your prompt arrival will help us ensure all clients receive full and quality service in a timely manner.

What if I am late?

If you arrive late to your appointment this may cut into your treatment time. Do note that full payment of the entire treatment will still be chargeable to the client.

Appointments are often booked back to back with sufficient timing allocated for each treatments, so please be on time out of respect for other clients and your therapist.

For late arrivals of more than 15 minutes, it will be regarded as No-Show, appointment will be cancelled automatically and deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits, Reschedules, Last minute cancellations and No-shows

A non-refundable deposit of S$20 is required for all bookings. Deposit amount will be deducted from your service on day of appointment.

We will reach out to you a day before with a reminder. Email reminders are also automatically sent 48 hours before your appointment.

However, we understand that unexpected circumstances and last-minute changes to your schedule are inevitable. That is completely understandable!

  • Reschedules: We just ask for your early notice (at least 24 hours in advance) for a chance to open up the slot to other clients.
