TES Clear Advertising, Clear Fees & Payments Policy

  1. The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES) does not charge GST. All prices of products and services are quoted as nett prices and will be clearly communicated to our customers and prominently stated at appropriate shop areas and/or communication materials.
  2. We accept cash, paynow, CDC/SG60 voucher payment methods in-store. Receipts will be issued to customers to acknowledge any form of payment.
  3. We are committed to ethical advertising and promotion. We adhere to all relevant laws and industry standards, ensure transparency and honesty in our communications, respect consumer privacy, and represent our products accurately.
  4. We also prioritise responsible messaging and age-appropriate content, provide regular training to our employees on ethical practices, and maintain clear channels for consumer feedback.
  5. We also ensure that products and services offered match what is on our website and other marketing platforms/communications.
  6. We adopt fair and ethical business practices as well as accurate marketing communications at all times.
  7. We ensure that sufficient details on pricing, quality, availability and terms of sales are clearly communicated across our marketing channels.
  8. For all promotions we run (discounts, lucky draws, free gifts, giveaways, contests etc.), we will ensure that all promotional materials will clearly state terms, eligibility, validity periods and exclusions.
  9. For promotions on retail products, we will ensure sufficient inventory for the duration of the promotion, and will also clearly state that the promotion is while stocks last on all marketing materials.
  10. All of our prices are listed in Singapore Dollars.
  11. All services/add-ons, products and discounted prices/promotions are clearly stated in TES’s marketing collaterals, website and display in the store to avoid unethical advertising and promotion.
  12. We are committed to avoid over and under-charging and to ensure the correct change is given to our customers, where required.
  13. All prices quoted will be honoured by TES at the time of booking for treatments, packages and other related services.
