Refund policy

We hope that you like our products as much as we do!

If that is not the case, we will accept returns on any unopened and unused products purchased from www.theeverydayskin.com.sg

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, all packaging and/or wrapping and tamper seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted for a refund or an exchange.

To start a return, please reach out to us at hello@theeverydayskin.com.sg with your order number/receipt/proof of purchase and your reason for return. Please note that delivery charges incurred previously will not be refunded. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Exchanges are one-time only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Product has a manufacturing defect:

  • Defective Cap/Pump
  • Broken Bottle
  • Any Device Not Working
  • Broken Seals
  • Product Half Filled
  • Damaged Packaging
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that the processing time may vary for different issuing banks, and it may take slightly longer than 14 working days.
