TES Package, Exchange, Transfer and Refunds Policy
- The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES) greatly values the satisfaction of our customers and aims to provide a memorable experience.
- As part of service guarantee, customers may request an exchange for a different therapist (subject to availability) within the first 15 minutes of their session and the session will end at the same scheduled time.
- There is strictly no refunds once the full treatment session has been completed.
- All packages (treatment or credit) sold are valid for 1 year from the start date of the package (i.e. booking of your first service). You may request for an extension on valid medical grounds. (please support with valid medical documents).
- Package/Gift Voucher/Membership Refunds: Customers who wish to return or refund a purchased package, gift voucher or membership, whether in full or partial through a deposit, can do so within a cooling period of five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from the purchase date for a full refund, upon presentation of the original transaction receipt. If any part of the package has been utilised, the amount will be deducted based on the a la carte price listed in the service menu before the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Packages-with-Product Refunds: Customers who wish to return or refund a purchased package with products, whether in full or partial through a deposit, can do so within a cooling period of five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from the purchase date for a full refund, upon presentation of the original transaction receipt.
- If any part of the pre-payment has been utilised, the amount deducted for the treatment and/or product will be based on the a la carte price listed in the service/retail menu before the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Product Refunds/Exchanges: Customers who wish to refund or exchange a purchased of products, whether in full or partial through a deposit, can do so within a cooling period of five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from the purchase date for a full refund, upon presentation of the original transaction receipt.
- We will only accept products which are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for refunds or exchanges. Customers can exchange products by paying the price difference if the new product is of higher value. If it is of equal value, no additional payment is required. There will be no refunds of the difference if the new product is of a lower value. Product refunds will be based on the a la carte price listed in the product retail menu.
- After the 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) cooling-off period, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed on any pre-payments for services of payments, apart from medical reasons substantiated with supporting medical documents. The customer may make an exchange for other packages/products of the same or lower value.
- Refunds do not include discounts, complimentary treatments and used sessions of packages.
- For any refunds requested, a 10% administrative charge will be imposed and deducted from the original amount paid.
- Deposits will be returned to the customer should there be any service cancelled by The Everyday Skin Pte Ltd (TES).
- All refunds may be made via Paynow or bank transfer within 14 working days.
- Packages are non-transferable. However, packages may be shared as long as the booking is made by the package holder.
- Gift vouchers will not be honoured past its expiry date. Vouchers are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. Voucher will be null and void if damaged or if any amendments have been made. Remaining value of vouchers is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.
- TES Packages are shareable only with family, partner/GF/BF.
- Prices are in SGD and are nett-priced.
- In the event of no-shows/last-min cancellations, full treatment pricing will be deducted from your credits.
