Shipping policy

Enjoy complimentary shipping within Singapore for orders above S$80.

For orders below S$80, a standard delivery fee of S$5 will apply.

You may receive your products in 2 ways:

1. Standard delivery
   1. It should take around 5-7 working days for you to receive your order after a successful order has been placed. This includes processing, packing and shipping.
2. Self-pick up 
   1. Pick-ups are available are no fees at 157 Upper Paya Lebar Road, S(534854), however, please drop us a whatsapp message together with your order number at +6580784988 on when you would like to collect so we can prepare the item for you. 

International delivery is not available at this point of time.

While we always strive to deliver your orders as fast as possible, we seek your understanding during peak periods where we may have exceptionally high order volumes. Your shipping time may be extended by a few more days.

Tracking

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your The Everyday Skin order can reach you as quickly as possible!

Please allow the carrier 2-3 business days to register your shipping status. If your tracking number is not working at all, please reach out to us at hello@theeverydayskin.com.sg and we will assist you.
