TES Client Feedback Policy

  2. Customer complaints will be addressed as soon as possible, within a reasonable time frame and will be resolved in the timeframe of no more than 21 days.
  3. The average time taken to initially respond to a complaint is 3 working days, and 21 working days to resolve a complaint.
  4. If a customer is not satisfied with the proposed resolution, we would advise the customer to contact CASE Mediation Centre at  +65 6277 5100. The CASE Mediation Centre is located at 170 Ghim Moh Road #05-01 Ulu Pandan Community Building, Singapore 279621.
