TES Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards Policy

Our services, treatments and products (in-store purchase only) are available for purchase as gift vouchers and gift cards. They are not valid for product purchases on our online shop.
Gift recipients can change the purchased treatment by paying the difference if the new treatment is of higher value. If it’s of equal value, no additional payment is required. There will be no refunds of the difference in value if the new treatment is of a lower value.
All gift vouchers and gift cards must be redeemed within one year from date of purchase. There will strictly be no extensions of expiry dates. The gift recipient is advised to make an appointment via the given unique QR code only and also to ensure the availability of their preferred timing.
Gift vouchers and gift cards purchased cannot be redeemable or exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost, damaged, stolen or if any amendments have been made.
Remaining value of the gift vouchers and gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts, unless otherwise stated.
We accept original gift vouchers issued by our Company, which must be presented prior to booking/treatment.
